How to stop videos from playing automatically in Facebook

When you scroll through your Facebook news feed you might have noticed that videos play automatically!!

By default, videos begin automatically as you scroll. Most of the users find this irritating and it also leads to unnecessary wastage of data.

Anyway, in this article will guide you how to get rid off this problem.

Steps to stop Facebook videos from playing automatically on Android device.
Step 1: Launch Facebook App & tap to log in – on your Android device.

Step 2: Tap three horizontal lines icon (More) at the top right corner if you are using an Android phone. Then, scroll down & tap App Settings.

Step 3: Tap on Auto-play.

Tap on Video Auto-play
Step 4: If you want to save your mobile data, you can choose either Wi-Fi Connections Only or Never Auto-play Videos.
